About

History

Loving Hands Ranch was originally founded in 1987 as a foster care and ministry for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. Founders, Tim and Ann Moore, felt the call to expand, and in 1997 Loving Hands Ranch Camps were created. Roy and Naomi Woodall, camp directors, led the way through many wonderful years of camp in Sulphur, OK. Over the years, LHR has grown, moved, and changed. But one thing that remains constant is our love and passion for sharing the Word of God with the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and CODA communities.

I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another.
